Virtual function that moves the slider.

Used for keybindings.

upcall

The upcall method is called from native code. The parameters are marshaled and run(org.gnome.gtk.ScrollType) is executed.

toCallback

Creates a native function pointer to the upcall(java.lang.foreign.MemorySegment, int) method.
