Used to flush pending motion events that are being batched up and compressed together.

Applications should not handle this signal.

upcall

default void upcall(MemorySegment sourceFrameClock)

The upcall method is called from native code. The parameters are marshaled and run() is executed.

toCallback

default MemorySegment toCallback(Arena arena)

Creates a native function pointer to the upcall(java.lang.foreign.MemorySegment) method.
