Emitted when the destination side has finished reading all data.

The drag object can now free all miscellaneous data.

upcall

The upcall method is called from native code. The parameters are marshaled and run() is executed.

Creates a native function pointer to the upcall(java.lang.foreign.MemorySegment) method.
