Check if mem1 and mem2 occupy contiguous memory and return the offset of mem1 in the parent buffer in offset.

upcall

The upcall method is called from native code. The parameters are marshaled and run(org.freedesktop.gstreamer.gst.Memory, org.freedesktop.gstreamer.gst.Memory, java.lang.foreign.MemorySegment) is executed.

Creates a native function pointer to the upcall(java.lang.foreign.MemorySegment, java.lang.foreign.MemorySegment, java.lang.foreign.MemorySegment) method.
